Every order is prepared with care to make sure it arrives safely and beautifully. Because some of our products are made-to-order or shipped directly from our suppliers, delivery times may vary slightly.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been prepared, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Beauty items (lashes, lip products, accessories): 5–12 business days
- Hair products and wigs: 10–25 business days
Wigs may take longer because they are carefully prepared before shipping. This ensures better quality and a more natural finish.
Tracking Information
Some orders may include tracking, while others may not depending on the supplier and shipping method used.
If tracking is available, it will be sent to your email once the order has been shipped. If tracking is not available, please don’t worry — your order is still on the way and we are always available to help if you need an update.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours at info@velvetmuse-beauty.com and we will try to fix it before the order is processed.
